  They've always treated me great. I've been using their tools for approximately 5 years. Never had a problem they couldn't solve. I've had bad experiences with other rental places. No problems here.

  Rented a machine that was 2 cycle. Took it home, it needed gas already. Went and bought our own gas, oil, and can to mix. I drop it off and the outside young guy asked where the gas can was. They didn't give us one. He said they were supposed to give you one already mixed, didn't even have to fill the gas can up. I talked to the bald guy with the goatee inside. He didn't seem to care that they didn't give us a gas can. He said we should have asked. WHO KNOWS TO ASK FOR THINGS LIKE THIS. It should be part of your customer service. I am very disappointed with this place. I've always heard good reviews. Be careful when renting from here.
